AKOFS Offshore is offering fully integrated services ranging from subsea installation/completion to advanced well intervention operations from the company’s fleet of state-of-the-art monohull well intervention units.
The AKOFS Santos is an STX OSCV 03L design, built by STX Europe at Aukra in 2009. The unit is environmental friendly with focus on low fuel consumption, low exhaust emissions, and has precautions in accordance with DNV’s CLEAN DESIGN requirements incorporated into the vessel design.
The unit’s main features are:

The 121 meter long vessel with its Class 3 dynamic positioning and classification makes for a secure and flexible working platform with a large operational window for subsea well intervention, installation and construction work in rough weather and sea conditions around the world.
AKOFS Santos comes with one heave compensated crane of 250 mT capacity. The vessel has a skidding system with pallet capacities of 125 mT in the moonpool area and 50 mT outside, which enables safe and reliable equipment handling in rough weather conditions.
